Financing of a main residence for a Finnish UK non-resident
In view of Brexit, we supported a Finnish UK non-resident client in financing her future main residence in Paris, with her employer having decided to open an office in Paris in the next few months and transfer a portion of the London workforce there. We secured for her financing over 20 years at a rate of 1.40%, fixed over the entire duration. The purchase price was over €1.5m.
Financing of two rental projects with works in Cannes for a resident in London
We financed 100% of the purchase price of two apartments in Cannes and related renovation work for an executive working in finance in London and wishing to invest in buy-to-let property. The financing for the two apartments totalled €383,000, was offered at a fixed rate of 1.40% over 20 years, with a repayment grace period of 24 months maximum. The client only met the ancillary costs, and made an investment pledge equivalent to 12% of the loan amount.
